Now hiring experienced tax preparers and bookkeepers for this up coming tax season. Full and Part time positions available. Bilingual would be an advantage. Must have at least one to two years experience in personal income tax preparation, do quality work, good references, strong work ethic and be reliable. Please forward you resume for consideration.
Receptionist
You will be handling typical administrative responsibilities like answering phones, filing, and supporting an office but you will need to have some additional skills that you will use to be the main assistant to our marketing department.
Required Skills:
You must be computer literate (experience with Microsoft Windows)
You need to have experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Quickbooks
Other Requirements:
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
You must have a clean driving record and no criminal background (customer and insurance requirements)
